Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the 14-day period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs
(except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us),
without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction for the refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Opened and used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, especially when direct bodily application is typical, such as with lipsticks.
